Synopsis
In an emblematic working-class neighboorhood threatened by an Urban Reformation Plan, the construction of a block of flats is undertaken.We wanted to delve into the interiorities of a work in progress; so we moved there when the area was still an empty lot where the youngsters played football. We searched the way to live together, get to know and shoot - yes, in this order - so that we could tackle both the stories inherent in the building work and those generated by its impact on the day-to-day life of the area residents (in fact the image of the neighbourhood took shape as a handful of faces which in our eyes represented it). Along this process, we soon realized that the changes in the urban landscape also affect human landscape and that in this motion certain echoes of the world could be recognised.
Over these foundations, we built a film.
