Sie hat Essays in zahlreichen Zeitschriften und Publikationen veröffentlicht und in vielen europäischen Ländern gelehrt und Vorträge gehalten. Bislang hat sie drei Bücher publiziert, darunter ‚Impossible Body’ (Ljubljana 1999) und ‚Dangerous Connections: Body, Philosophy and Relation to the Artificial’ (Ljubljana, 2004). Sie arbeitet auch als Dramaturgin und künstlerische Mitarbeiterin, und leitet das internationale Seminar für darstellende Künste in Ljubljana. Im Wintersemester 2009/10 ist sie DAAD-Gastprofessorin am Zentrum für Performance Studies/Universität Hamburg.

is a philosopher, dramaturg and performance theoretician. She is currently working as a researcher at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts – Department for Sociology. She is assistant professor at the University of Primorska where she is teaching the course on philosophy of the body and performing arts in the postgraduate course ‘Philosophy of Visual Culture‘. She is a member of the editorial board of Maska Magazine, Amfiteater and Performance Research. Her essays have appeared in numerous journals and publications and she has thought and lectured extensively in Europe. She published three books, among them ‘Impossible Body‘ (Ljubljana 1999), ‘Dangerous Connections: Body, Philosophy and Relation to the Artificial’ (Ljubljana, 2004). She is also working as a dramaturge and artistic collaborator, and is leading the international seminar for performing arts in Ljubljana.
In the winter semester 2009/10 she will be DAAD visiting professor at the Centre for Performance Studies/Universität Hamburg.
