Ganz oder gar nicht! Keine halben Sachen! Wo sich im Lauf ihrer Karriere vieler anderer Künstler Routineabnutzungen bemerkbar machen, reift in Nils Wogram die Erkenntnis, dass jedes neue Projekt zugleich sein erstes Projekt ist. Ganz besonders spürbar ist das auf seiner neuen CD „Muse“, eingespielt mit der Harfenistin Kathrin Pechlof, dem Bratschisten und Obertonsänger Gareth Lubbe und Wograms Langzeit-Weggefährten Hayden Chisholm am Saxofon.
In der antiken Mythologie ist die Muse eine Gestalt, die das göttliche Schöpfungsprinzip in sich vereint und an die Menschen weitergibt. Die Fabeln großer Künstlerpersönlichkeiten und ihrer Musen füllen ganze Kompendien. Nils Wogram, Kathrin Pechlof, Hayden Chisholm und Gareth Lubbe brauchen indes keine personifizierte Inspirationsquelle, um gemeinsam in den Dienst der Muse Musik zu treten. Ihre Tongedichte ohne Text sind voller Poesie und zeigen vor allem eines: Aller Anfang ist leicht!

Where in the course of their careers of many other artists routine wear and tear becomes noticeable, in Nils Wogram the realization matures that every new project is at the same time his first project. This is particularly noticeable on his new CD "Muse", recorded with harpist Kathrin Pechlof, violist and overtone singer Gareth Lubbe and Wogram's long-term companion Hayden Chisholm on saxophone.

In ancient mythology, the Muse is a figure who incorporates the divine principle of creation and passes it on to human beings. The fables of great artistic personalities and their muses fill entire compendia. Nils Wogram, Kathrin Pechlof, Hayden Chisholm and Gareth Lubbe, however, do not need a personified source of inspiration to enter together into the service of the muse music. Their tone poems without lyrics are full of poetry and show one thing above all: All beginnings are easy!
