Anlässlich der Deutsch-Türkischen Kulturtage 2026 feiert Hannover die Vielfalt. Organisiert vom Verein Can Arkadaş in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kulturbüro der Landeshauptstadt Hannover laden zahlreiche Veranstaltungen von September bis Ende Oktober dazu ein, türkische und diasporische Kultur an zahlreichen Orten der Stadt durch Musik, Tanz, Poesie und Theater zu erleben. Zum festlichen Auftakt präsentiert die Bağlama-Musikerin Derya Yıldırım gemeinsam mit ihrer Band Grup Şimşek in der Staatsoper ihre ganz eigene Form von Anadolu Rock.
