Seit 1998 künstlerischer Leiter der Tanzlandschaft Ruhr, Essen, ein ruhrgebietsweites Kunstprojekt mit Inszenierungen und Produktionen in Stadträumen, umgenutzten Industriebrachen und neuen Theaterräumen im Ruhrgebiet, mit Workshops und Symposien, die sich auf die Grenzbereiche zwischen Tanz und anderen Disziplinen konzentrierten. Seit 2002 Künstlerischer Leiter von PACT Zollverein, Essen. Hier interagiert ein internationales Veranstaltungs- und Produktionsprogramm mit einem Residenzprogramm und unterschiedlichen Austauschplattformen und Symposiumsformaten für Künstler diverser Sparten mit dem Schwerpunkt zeitgenössischer Tanz und Performance.

Since 1998 artistic director of Tanzlandschaft Ruhr, Essen, an art project spanning the entire Ruhr region and consisting of stagings and productions in urban spaces, rededicated industrial grounds and new theatre spaces, with workshops and symposiums concentrating on the intersections of dance and other disciplines. Since 2002 artistic director of PACT Zollverein, Essen, where an international event and production program interacts with a residence program and various exchange platforms and symposium formats for artists from different disciplines, the main emphasis being on contemporary dance and performance.
