Mitwirkung in zahlreichen Kino- und Fernsehfilmen, u. a. in »And on the Third Day« (Regie: Moshe Ivgy, 2010) sowie in der Hauptrolle in »The Exchange« (Regie: Eran Kolirin, 2011). Außerdem ist Rotem Keinan als Regisseur und Autor tätig, u. a. für das Tziporela Ensemble, dessen Mitbegründer er ist, sowie für verschiedene Fernsehproduktionen. Mit dem Tziporela Ensemble wurde er 2007 und 2010 mit dem Kipod Hazahav Fringe Theatre Award für die beste Ensemble-Arbeit ausgezeichnet.
