Nina Solodovnikova wurde 1993 in Moskau geboren. Sie gilt heute als eines der interessantesten neuen Talente auf den Opernbühnen. Nina Solodovnikova absolvierte das Konservatorium G. B. Martini in Bologna und schloss ihre Studien im Young Artist Program des Teatro Comunale di Bologna und an der Musikakademie Chigiana ab. Ihre Ausbildung im Donizetti-Repertoire vervollständigte sie an der Akademie des Teatro alla Scala und im Barock-Repertoire an der Philharmonischen Akademie von Bologna. Sie gewann zahlreiche internationale Wettbewerbe, darunter den Internationalen Gesangswettbewerb Tullio Serafin (2021), den 34ème Concours International de Chant de Marmande (2022, II. Preis) und den 34. Internationalen Wettbewerb Francesco Paolo Neglia (2022, I. Preis).
Sie sang an verschiedenen europäischen und asiatischen Häusern wie dem Teatro Comunale di Bologna, dem Teatro Municipale Verdi di Salerno, dem Donizetti-Theater in Bergamo, dem Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza, der Opera de Tenerife, dem Daegu Opera House und der Opera Hong Kong.
Nina Solodovnikova arbeitete mit Dirigenten wie Daniel Oren, Michele Mariotti, Yves Abel, Francesco Ivan Ciampa, Rinaldo Alessandrini, Jader Bignamini, Jonatan Brandani und Tommaso Turchetta zusammen.
In den vergangenen Spielzeiten debütierte sie in den Rollen der Violetta Valéry / LA TRAVIATA, Adina / L'ELISIR D'AMORE, Giulietta / I CAPULETI E I MONTECCHI, Musetta / LA BOHÈME, Aspasia / MITRIDATE, RE DI PONTO, Oscar / UN BALLO IN MASCHERA, Fanny / LA CAMBIALE DI MATRIMONIO, Dido / DIDO UND AENEAS und Valencienne / DIE LUSTIGE WITWE.
Im Januar 2021 wurde die DVD PIETRO IL GRANDE vom Donizetti Festival 2019, produziert von Dynamic, veröffentlicht, auf der sie die Rolle der Annetta Mazepa interpretierte.
Nina Solodovnikova bereichert in der Saison 2024/25 das Ensemble der Deutschen Oper Berlin als Stipendiatin des Förderkreises im Talent-Circle.
