Minouche Petrusch war als gebürtige Hamburgerin Mitglied im Kinderchor der Hamburger Staatsoper. Jene Zeit hat sie theatral infiziert. Nach ihrer Schauspielausbildung am Europäischen Theaterinstitut Berlin spielte sie am Theater Wismar unter der Leitung von Astrid Griesbach.

Minouche Petrusch war als gebürtige Hamburgerin Mitglied im Kinderchor der Hamburger Staatsoper. Jene Zeit hat sie theatral infiziert. Nach ihrer Schauspielausbildung am Europäischen Theaterinstitut Berlin spielte sie am Theater Wismar unter der Leitung von Astrid Griesbach.
Seitdem ist sie freischaffende Schauspielerin und arbeitete mit unterschiedlichsten RegisseurInnen, Kompanies und Koproduktionspartnern (u. a. Theater des Lachens Berlin, Sophiensaele/Berlin, Hebbel am Ufer, Figurentheaterzentrum Stuttgart) in Europa sowie auf internationalen Festivals.
Daneben war als sie Sängerin der Band EMOU, Performancekünstlerin, Synchronsprecherin sowie vor der Kamera tätig. Seit 2011 ist sie zudem freies Ensemblemitglied des Theater o.N. Berlin, wo sie die Möglichkeit hat, ihre Ausdrucksformen mit jeder Produktion neu zu definieren.
