Mantas Stabacinskas, geboren 1979 ist Choreograf und Tänzer und gehört zu den bekanntesten zeitgenössischen Tanzschaffenden Litauens. Er stammt aus Kaunas, ist aber nicht nur in Litauen, sondern auch in anderen Ländern regelmäßig tätig und erhielt zahlreiche vom Kulturministerium Litauens, der Stadt Kaunas und der Tanzszene verliehene Preise. 2013 schloss er sein Tanzpädagogikstudium an der VDU Education Academy in Litauen ab. Es folgten diverse Engagements als Choreograf an nationalen und internationalen Theatern, wodurch er mit vielen bekannten litauischen und internationalen Choreografen und Regisseuren zusammengearbeitet (darunter Gintaras Varnas, Kamile Gudmonaite, Yossi Berg & Oded Graf, Johannes Wieland, Jo Stromgren und Birute Letukaite), sowie über 65 Choreografien für unterschiedlichste Produktionen kreiert und an 85 Festivals in Europa, Amerika und Asien teilgenommen hat.
