Leonie Arnhold studierte Sozialpädagogik (Dipl.) und absolvierte berufsbegleitend die theaterpädagogische Weiterbildung zur Spielleiterin (BuT).
Als freiberufliche Musiktheaterpädagogin war sie seit 2008 für die Staatsoper in Berlin tätig, sowie für die Bregenzer Festspiele, das Atze Musiktheater und Berliner Kooperations-Netzwerke wie TUSCH (Theater und Schule).

Leonie Arnhold studierte Sozialpädagogik (Dipl.) und absolvierte berufsbegleitend die theaterpädagogische Weiterbildung zur Spielleiterin (BuT).
Als freiberufliche Musiktheaterpädagogin war sie seit 2008 für die Staatsoper in Berlin tätig, sowie für die Bregenzer Festspiele, das Atze Musiktheater und Berliner Kooperations-Netzwerke wie TUSCH (Theater und Schule).
In der freien Szene arbeitet sie in partizipativen, interdisziplinären Projekten unter anderem mit der Musiktheatercombo glanz&krawall. Sie leitet Fortbildungen für Pädagog*innen zum Beispiel für die LAG Spiel und Theater sowie auf den Musikpädagogischen Tagen des BMU-Berlin.
Seit 2014 ist sie für die Deutsche Oper Berlin tätig, ihre Schwerpunkte liegen in der transkulturellen Arbeit mit Jugendlichen, im Kontakt zu Kitas und Schulen und in der Akquise und Abrechnung von Fördermitteln aus „Kultur macht stark“. 2015 übernahm sie für drei Monate die kommissarische Leitung der Jungen Deutschen Oper.
