In ihrer Paraderolle, Mozarts Königin der Nacht, hat sie international sowohl mit ihrer technischen Virtuosität als auch der emotionalen Intensität ihrer Darstellung beeindruckt. Sie debütierte in dieser Rolle in Produktionen der ZAUBERFLÖTE u. a. an der Deutschen Oper Berlin, bei den Bregenzer Festspielen, an der Metropolitan Opera, der Washington National Opera, der Lyric Opera of Chicago, der Houston Grand Opera, beim Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, an der Oper Leipzig, der Opéra de Toulon, der English National Opera, der Königlichen Oper in Kopenhagen, der Wiener Staatsoper, der Welsh National Opera und dem Teatro Real in Madrid.
Auf dem Konzertpodium sang Kathryn Lewek Händels „Messiah“ mit der Oratorio Society of New York und mit Musica Sacra in der Carnegie Hall in vier aufeinanderfolgenden Saisonen, Mozarts c-Moll-Messe mit Music of the Baroque, Bachs h-Moll- Messe mit Soli Deo Gloria, die „Carmina Burana“ mit dem Dallas Symphony Orchestra unter John Nelson, Bachs „Weihnachtsoratorium“ mit dem Orchestre symphonique de Montréal und Haydns „Schöpfung“.
Auf der Opernbühne verkörperte sie bereits eine eindrucksvolle Reihe weiblicher Hauptrollen. Zu ihren Engagements der jüngeren Zeit zählen mehrere Rollendebüts: Teresa / BENVENUTO CELLINI am Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, die Titelrolle in LUCIA DI LAMMERMOOR und Rosina / IL BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA an der Opera Carolina, die Titelrolle in MARIA STUARDA an der Edmonton Opera und Konstanze / DIE ENTFÜHRUNG AUS DEM SERAIL an der Deutschen Oper Berlin. Als Ginevra / ARIODANTE gab sie zu Pfingsten 2017 ihr Salzburger Festspieldebüt. Darüber hinaus war sie als Königin der Nacht an der Metropolitan Opera und beim Festival d’Aix-en-Provence zu Gast, mit dem Pacific Symphony Orchestra und Cunegonde / CANDIDE an der Washington National Opera sowie am Liceu und an der Niederländische Nationaloper in LES CONTES D’HOFFMANN.
