Friederike Dunger studierte Kulturwissenschaften und ästhetische Praxis (BA) an der Universität Hildesheim und Theaterpädagogik (MA) an der UdK Berlin. Sie arbeitet als Theatermacherin und Theaterpädagogin in diversen Projekten, u.a am GRIPS Theater für den „KinderTheaterBeirat“ und das „TUKI ForscherTheater“, an der Jungen Deutschen Oper für das Programm „TUKI Tandem“ und den „Kinderclub“ und am FUNDUS Theater Hamburg für das Projekt „Playing Up – Performance Kunst für Kinder und Erwachsene“. Von 2016-2018 war sie Stipendiatin im Programm „Max - Artists in Residence an Grundschulen in Berlin“.
