Ameli Schuster studierte ab 2011 klassischen Gesang an der Musikhochschule Freiburg und setzte 2012 ihr Studium in Jazz/Pop Gesang in Stuttgart fort. In ihrer Musik verschmilzt sie verschiedene musikalische Welten zu ihrem eigenen Sound, der von ihrer wandel- und dennoch unverkennbaren Stimme angeführt und durch analoge Effektgeräte und Synthsounds zu einer zeitgenössischen Mélange aus Electronica, Jazz und Klassik geformt wird. Die Landes-Jazz-Preisträgerin 2020 ist Frontsängerin, Komponistin und Musikerin verschiedener Formationen, u. a. Ameli in the Woods. Mit dem Electronica Duo Ameli Paul, das sie 2016 zusammen mit dem Produzenten Paul Valentin gründete, bespielt sie internationale Festival- und Clubbühnen und wurde 2020 für den popNRW-Preis nominiert.
