Karajan-Akademie der Berliner Philharmoniker bei Marie-Pierre Langlamet fort. Emily Hoile spielte in zahlreichen Orchestern wie den Berliner und Münchner Philharmonikern, dem Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, dem Gewandhausorchester, dem Deutschen Symphonieorchester Berlin und dem Mahler Chamber Orchestra. Sie tritt regelmäßig mit dem New Juilliard Ensemble und dem Ensemble AXIOM auf. Auch der Volksmusik auf der keltischen Harfe gilt ihr Interesse. Ihr Heimatland Großbritannien wählte sie zur Repräsentantin für den World Harp Congress in Amsterdam.
