Carolin Müller-Dohle studierte Literatur-, Kunst- und Medienwissenschaften in Konstanz und Rom. Carolin Müller-Dohle studierte Literatur-, Kunst- und Medienwissenschaften in Konstanz und Rom. Zwischen 2013 und 2016 arbeitete sie an der Bayerischen Staatsoper als PR-Referentin, persönliche Referentin von Staatsintendant Nikolaus Bachler und Online-Redakteurin. Anschließend setzte sie ihr Studium an der Theaterakademie August Everding mit einem Master in Musiktheater-Dramaturgie fort. Im Rahmen ihres Studiums betreute sie u. a. die deutsche Erstaufführung von Johann Franz Xaver Sterkels Oper IL FARNACE am Stadttheater Aschaffenburg. Es folgten interdisziplinäre Projekte wie metamorphosen und Apocalypse (not now), das zum Körber Studio Junge Regie 2018 eingeladen wurde. Im Rahmen ihres Studiums wurde sie mit dem Klaus-Zehelein-Preises für Nachwuchsdramaturg*innen ausgezeichnet.
Von 2019 bis 2021 arbeitete sie als Dramaturgin für Musiktheater am Staatstheater Darmstadt. Hier betreute sie u. a. die Neuinszenierung von Ludwig van Beethovens FIDELIO (Regie Paul Georg Dittrich) und das interdisziplinäre Musiktheaterprojekt ATEM/SOUFFLE in der Regie von Karsten Wiegand und Nadia Beugré. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Regisseurin Franziska Angerer entwickelte sie eine filmische Umsetzung von Christian Josts DICHTERLIEBE und das ortsspezifische Musiktheaterprojekt OSTHANG (Komposition: Arne Gieshoff).
Seit der Spielzeit 2021/2022 ist sie als Dramaturgin an der Deutschen Oper Berlin engagiert.
