Ab 2000 Vorträge, Workshops und Beratung für Goethe-Institute u. a. in Vilnius, Riga, Moskau und Mexiko zu neuer deutscher Dramatik. 2001 Textfassung für »Die Geschichte des Kaspar Hauser« (Regie: Alvis Hermanis, UA Riga 2002). 2002 Gründung der Europäischen Ost-West-Akademie für Kultur und Medien. Von 2001-06 u. a. Co-Kuratorin und Dramaturgin am Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin. Kuratorin von Projekten des Bundesumweltministeriums von 2005-09 (z. B. »Woher der Wind weht. Szenarien des Klimawandels« am Hebbel am Ufer/HAU, 2009).
