Bangin Jung studierte Klavier an der University of Seoul und Musikwissenschaft an der Seoul National University. Derzeit studiert sie Musikwissenschaft im Masterstudium an der Humboldt Universität zu Berlin und parallel dazu Korrepetition (bei Prof. Alexander Vitlin) an der Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin.

Als Korrepetitorin hat sie einige Hochschulprojekt der Hanns Eisler begleitet, unter anderem DIE ENTFÜHRUNG AUS DEM SERAIL und DIE ZAUBERFLÖTE von Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, NEUE SZENEN: II OHIO von R. Krampe und EUGEN ONEGIN von Pjotr I. Tschaikowskij. Seit dem Sommersemester 2013 ist sie als Lehrbeauftragte für Musikwissenschaft an der UdK-Berlin tätig.
