Die junge italienische Mezzosopranistin Arianna Manganello begann ihr Gesangsstudium bei Lucrezia Raffaelli und setzte es am Instituto Vecchi-Tonelli in Modena bei Raina Kabaivanska und Maria Costanza Nocentini fort, wo sie mit der Bestnote abschloss. Sie war aktive Teilnehmerin an Meisterkursen bei Chris Merritt, Nicola Paszkowski, Monica Bacelli, Giacomo Prestia, Sara Mingardo, Renata Lamanda und Adina Nitescu.
Im Jahr 2018 wirkte sie am Teatro Regio di Parma anlässlich des 50-jährigen Bühnenjubiläums von Leo Nucci in RIGOLETTO als Contessa di Ceprano und Un paggio mit, in Modena am Teatro Pavarotti in Gian Carlo Menottis Oper MEDIUM, wo sie die Stimme hinter den Kulissen sang.
Im Jahr 2019 war sie Teilnehmerin an der Belcanto-Akademie Rodolfo Celletti in Martina Franca und sang diverse Partien beim Festival della Valle d'Itria. Im selben Jahr interpretierte sie die Rolle der Suzuki in MADAMA BUTTERFLY beim Japan Opera Festival Nagoya und war Finalistin des 10. Internationalen Gesangswettbewerbs Opera Pienza 2019 und des Ottavio Ziino-Wettbewerbs in Rom. Am Teatro Rossini in Pesaro war sie im Rahmen eines Gedenkkonzertes zu Ehren von Luciano Pavarotti zu erleben.
Im Jahr 2021 war sie Piazollas María de Buenos Aires am Teatro Goldoni di Livorno und am Piccolo Opera Festival Friuli V. Giulia, im selben Jahr sang sie am Nationaltheater Belgrad Suzuki in Puccinis MADAMA BUTTERFLY.
2022 war sie Finalistin und Gewinnerin des „Under 25 Award“ beim 8. Internationalen Operngesangswettbewerb von Portofino.
Seit 2020 ist sie an der Deutschen Oper Berlin engagiert, wo sie Partien singt wie Meg Page / FALSTAFF, Mercedes / CARMEN, Wellgunde / DAS RHEINGOLD, 2. Dame / DIE ZAUBERFLÖTE, Flora / LA TRAVIATA, 3. Magd / ELEKTRA, Fenena / NABUCCO, Bersi / ANDREA CHÉNIER oder Rosina / IL BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA.
