Ebenso zuhause ist sie auf der Bühne: So spielte sie bereits Anfang und Mitte der neunziger Jahre an der Opera Stabile in Hamburg und am Oldenburgischem Staatstheater. 2016 brilliert sie in der Rolle der Kassandra in der Komödie „Wanja und Sonja und Mascha und Spike“, mit der sie auf der Deutschlandtournee Publikumsliebling war und von den Kritikern mit Lob hervorgehoben wurde.
Die in Deutschland geborene Schauspielerin ist ebenso Moderatorin wie auch Designerin des von ihr gegründeten Handtaschenlabels „Wanawake“. Als Kind eines kamerunischen Regierungsbeamten und einer deutschen Kauffrau verbrachte sie etliche Jahre im Ausland. Durch ihre Aufenthalte in Pakistan und Togo spricht sie – neben ihrer Muttersprache Deutsch – fließend Englisch und Französisch.
Ihrem Publikum ist sie auch durch Moderationen im deutschen Fernsehen u. a. „Fit for Fun-TV“ auf VOX sowie „VIVO“ auf 3SAT bekannt. Auf der Bühne moderiert Annabelle Mandeng regelmäßig zahlreiche Events.
