Andor Rusu, geboren in Rumänien, studierte an der University of Arts in Târgu Mures und an der Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest. Seit 2013 ist er Mitglied der Eva Duda Dance Company und tanzte in zahlreichen Choreografien von u. a. Eva Duda, Márton Csúzi, Quan Bui Ngoc, Gregor Luštek und Rosana Hribar sowie Guy Nader und Maria Campos. Als Tänzer war er regelmäßig für Produktionen der Staatsoper Budapest und dem ungarischen Nationalballett engagiert. Daneben arbeitete er mit dem Choreografen Csaba Varga, der Schweizer Compagnie Linga und kreierte eigene Arbeiten. Seit der Spielzeit 2018/19 ist er festes Mitglied der Tanzkompanie am Theater Bremen. Bei Alize Zandwijks Inszenierung von „Das achte Leben (Für Brilka)“ war er choreografischer Mitarbeiter.
