Ab 2003 gewann er vier Jahre in Folge den African Award als bester afrikanischer Tänzer in Paris, zudem entwickelte er u. a. Choreografien für Lino Versace und Boro Sanguy. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Künstlerkollektiv Gintersdorfer/Klaßen begann 2005 und brachte ihn auf die Bühnen zahlreicher Theaterhäuser, zum Beispiel Kampnagel Hamburg, FFT Düsseldorf und Deutsches Theater Berlin. 2008 veröffentlichte er ein Musikalbum im Stile des Couper-Décaler unter dem Pseudonym Gadoukou la Star. Neben zahlreichen Produktionen während der Residenzzeit von Gintersdorfer/Klaßen am Theater Bremen war er zuletzt zu erleben in „Not Punk, Pololo“, der Oper „Les robots ne connaissent pas le blues oder Die Entführung aus dem Serail“, „Nathan der Weise. Ein Weichmacher für den Glaubenspanzer“, „Die selbsternannte Aristokratie“ und „Nana ou est-ce que tu connais le bara?“.
