Juliane Köhler ist zudem regelmäßig in Kino- und Fernsehfilmen zu sehen, darunter u.a. in ?Aimée und Jaguar?, ?Nirgendwo in Afrika?, ?Pünktchen und Anton?, ?Mein erstes Wunder?, ?Der Untergang?, ?Das Mondkalb? (2007) und in dem Fernsehfilm ?In Sachen Kaminski?.
