Claudia Gyasi Nimako wurde in Kumasi (Ghana) geboren und kam 2016 nach Aachen. 2019 hat sie in Aachen an einem Jugendtheaterprojekt namens „ICH ist ein anderer“ unter der Regie von Ana Valeria Gonzalez teilgenommen, ebenfalls 2019 war sie bei einem Tanztheaterprojekt mit dem Titel „One shot only - Glücklich Scheitern“ in der Kammer des Theater Aachen zu sehen. Claudia Gyasi Nimako studiert aktuell im dritten Jahr Schauspiel an der Otto Falckenberg Schule. An den Münchener Kammerspielen hat sie bei verschiedenen Projekten mitgewirkt, sie hat zudem mit Christiane Pohle im Sommer 2022 im Zuge des Studiums an der Otto-Falckenberg-Schule an „Was ihr wollt?“ von Shakespeare und für die Eigenarbeit in Zuge des „Work Festivals“ (ein von den Studierenden organisiertes Festival der Otto Falckenberg Schule) gearbeitet. Im Theater Bremen stand sie bei Pohles Inszenierung von Patty Kim Hamiltons „Schmerz Camp“ in der Spielzeit 23/24 auf der Bühne.
