Stefanie Krech erhielt ihre Ausbildung zur Bühnentänzerin an der Staatlichen Ballettschule Berlin und Schule für Artistik. Darüber hinaus hat sie 2021 ein Zertifikatsstudium im Bereich Psychologie mit dem Schwerpunkt Entwicklungs- und Gesundheitspsychologie an der Fernuniversität Hagen abgeschlossen. Engagements führten sie an das Mecklenburgische Staatstheater, zum Deutschen Fernsehballett an der Semperoper Dresden sowie nach Cottbus, wo sie z.B. unter choreographischer Leitung von Giorgio Madia im „Nussknacker“ mittanzte. Weiterhin wirkte sie in Produktionen der Deutschen Oper Berlin, der Julian Schilling Dance Company sowie dem Ballet Blanc mit. Sie unterrichtet zeitweise professionelle Tänzertrainings und kollaboriert derzeit mit dem Choreografen und Bewegungspädagogen Gaetano Vestris Terrana. Im Theater Bremen stand sie in der Spielzeit 23/24 bei „Orpheus in der Unterwelt“ als Tänzerin mit auf der Bühne.
