Von 2007 bis 2019 erhielt sie Unterricht in Contemporary Dance bei Gabriele Bocek und sammelte erste Bühnenerfahrungen beim Mondstaubtheater Zwickau sowie am Theater Plauen-Zwickau. In dieser Zeit verwirklichte sie auch erste Regie- und Choreografie-Arbeiten. Seit 2021 studiert sie Szenische Künste an der Universität Hildesheim und wird dort 2024 ihren Abschluss machen....

Sophie Casna ist als freie Performerin und Regieassistentin tätig. Seit der Spielzeit 2020/21 begleitete sie am Schauspiel Hannover Inszenierungen von Ronny Jakubaschk, Stephan Kimmig, Oliver Meyer und Jonathan Heidorn sowie von Titus Georgi an der Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover. Am Schauspiel Hannover war sie auch als Produktionsassistentin an der Umsetzung des Marktes für nützliches Wissen und Nicht-Wissen beteiligt und entwickelte im Rahmen der Ensemblereihe Cumber Libre eine eigene Tanzcollage.
In der Spielzeit 2023/24 ist sie in Die Wut, die bleibt und Die Verwandlung zu sehen.
