Timo Hein, Jahrgang 1991, ist ein Düsseldorfer Komponist, Bassist, Produzent und Performer. Er studierte Musik und Medien an der Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf. Bereits in seiner Jugend begann die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performancekünstler Christian Jendreiko; es folgten gemeinsame Aktionen in ganz Deutschland. Seit 2012 ist er Bassist der Band Stabil Elite, mit der er internationale Konzerte und Tourneen spielte, u. a. in den USA, in China, Palästina und Vietnam. Gemeinsam mit Franz Klee komponierte Timo Hein 2023 die Musik für die Produktion „Ich kann meinem Hirn die Bilder nicht verbieten” am Theater Esch in Luxemburg, bei der er auch als Performer auf der Bühne stand. Am Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus entstanden Theatermusiken für „Eurydike Deep Down“ (Regie: Alessandra Giuriola), „Mindset“ (Regie: Robert Zeigermann) sowie für „Die Räuber” und „Faust 1+2+3“, beide in der Regie von Felix Krakau, mit dem ihm eine enge Zusammenarbeit verbindet.
