Assistenzen u.a. am Staatsschauspiel Dresden, Semperoper Dresden, IFS Köln und Polyphon Leipzig Film & Fernseh GmbH. Eigene Arbeiten entstanden u.a. anlässlich des 250-jährigen Jubiläums der HfBK Dresden Anatomie Zerlegen; an der Bayerischen Theaterakademie August Everding Philoktet (Regie: Sapir Heller) und am Staatsschauspiel Dresden Eine Woche im Oktober - 25 Jahre friedliche Revolution (Kurator: Arved Schultze). 2015 bis 2017 war Raissa Kankelfitz als Ausstattungsassistentin am Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin beschäftigt. Seit 2018 arbeitet sie als freie Bühnen- und Kostümbildnerin.
Am Schauspiel Hannover übernimmt sie in der Spielzeit 2020/21 die Ausstattung für Der Beginn einer neuen Welt und in der Spielzeit 2021/22 für Happyland is burning, beides Uraufführungen von Regisseurin und Autorin Theresa Henning.
