Sie arbeitete u. a. am Thalia Theater Hamburg, an der Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz in Berlin und am Centraltheater in Leipzig, mit dessen Intendanten Sebastian Hartmann sie zuletzt für die zum Berliner Theatertreffen 2013 eingeladene Inszenierung von KRIEG UND FRIEDEN nach Lew Tolstoi zusammenarbeitete. Seit 2009 arbeitet Adriana Braga Peretzki kontinuierlich mit Frank Castorf zusammen, u. a. in Berlin, Paris, Zürich. Zuletzt entwarf sie die Kostüme für die zum Berliner Theatertreffen 2014 und 2015 eingeladenen Inszenierungen REISE ANS ENDE DER NACHT und BAAL (beide Residenztheater München).
