Judith Goldberg wurde in Hamburg geboren und absolvierte ein Schauspielstudium am Hamburger Schauspielstudio Frese. Erste Rollen bekam sie am Schauspielhaus Hamburg unter der Regie von Jaqueline Kornmüller, Sebastian Schlösser und Verena Fitz. 2012 folgte das erste Festengagement am Theater Phönix in Linz. Es folgten weitere Gastengagements in Wilhelmshaven, Hildesheim, Salzburg und Hamburg. Ab der Spielzeit 17/18 war sie festes Ensemblemitglied im Moks. In der Kategorie „Darsteller:in für junges Publikum“ war sie 2022 mit ihrer Rolle der Sammy in „Wutschweiger“ für den Deutschen Theaterpreis DER FAUST nominiert. In der Spielzeit 22/23 wechselte Judith Goldberg ins Schauspielensemble. Hier stand sie bisher in „Der Russe ist einer, der Birken liebt“, „Mach es gut!“, „Schmerz Camp“ und „Schöne Bescherungen“ auf der Bühne, außerdem spielte sie in „Vor Sonnenaufgang“, in „Hawaii“ und „Wasserwelt. Das Musical“.
