Während des Studiums an der Deutschen Sporthochschule beginnt sie mit der Schauspielausbildung u.a. an der Studiobühne Köln sowie als Gast im Rahmen des Studiengangs „Physical Theatre“ bei Prof. Peter Siefert an der Hochschule Folkwang in Essen. Geboren 1976 in Trier. Während des Studiums an der Deutschen Sporthochschule beginnt sie mit der Schauspielausbildung u.a. an der Studiobühne Köln sowie als Gast im Rahmen des Studiengangs „Physical Theatre“ bei Prof. Peter Siefert an der Hochschule Folkwang in Essen. Neben diversen eigenen Produktionen, Performances und Lesungen in der freien Szene Köln und Luzern hat sie Engagements u.a. am Pfalzbau Ludwigshafen, Schauspiel Köln, Consoltheater Gelsenkirchen, Freilichttheater Luzern, Effingerstrasse Bern, Tourneetheater Greve und beim Impulsefestival. Sie arbeitet mit Hans Günther Heyme, Andre Wülfing, Marion Rothhaar, Liliana Heimberg, Gesine Danckwart sowie mit Katie Mitchell in den Inszenierungen »Die Ringe des Saturn« von W.G. Sebald (eingeladen zum Theaterfestival Avignon 2012) und »Reise durch die Nacht« von Friederike Mayröcker zusammen. Letztere wird zum Theatertreffen in Berlin und zum Theaterfestival Avignon eingeladen sowie mit dem Nestroy Preis als beste deutschsprachige Aufführung 2013 ausgezeichnet. Aktuell spielt sie die Titelrolle in »Lysistrata« bearbeitet von Rebekka Kricheldorf (Regie: Bettina Glaus), einer Produktion von Grenzgänger Luzern. Zudem ist sie regelmäßig in Film- und Fernsehproduktionen zu sehen und als Theaterpädagogin tätig.
Am Deutschen SchauSpielHaus Hamburg spielt Frederike Bohr zur Zeit in Katie Mitchells Inszenierung von »Alles Weitere kennen Sie aus dem Kino« von Martin Crimp
