Iryna Dziashko schloss zunächst an der Universität für Kunst und Musik in Minsk ihr Studium der Chorleitung mit Auszeichnung ab. Ihr Bachelor- und Masterstudium Gesang/Oper absolvierte sie an der Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover bei Prof. Jacques Schwarz und Prof. Gudrun Pelker. Ihre Ausbildung wurde durch Meisterkurse bei Klesie Kelly-Moog und Daniel Ferro ergänzt. 2008 wurde sie beim Internationalen Sakralmusik Festival in Mogilev (Weißrussland) als beste Solistin ausgezeichnet und sie ist Preisträgerin des Internationalen Gesangswettbewerbs der Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg 2014. Auch bei der Yehudi-Menuhin-Stiftung wurde sie 2013 als Stipendiatin aufgenommen und durch Konzertauftritte gefördert. 2013 gastierte Iryna Dziashko am Theater Osnabrück als Freude in Telemanns Oratorium „Der aus der Löwengrube errettete Daniel“, 2014 folgte die Partie des Childerico in „Faramondo“ bei den Internationalen Händel-Festspielen Göttingen. Im selben Jahr wurde sie an die Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg eingeladen, wo sie Papagena in „Die Zauberflöte“ sang. Seit der Seit der Spielzeit 2016/17 ist Iryna Dziashko Ensemblemitglied am Theater Bremen, wo sie u. a. als Gretel bzw. Sandmännchen und Taumännchen in „Hänsel und Gretel“, Gianetta in „L'elisir d'amore“, Zaubermädchen in „Parsifal“, Berta in „Il barbiere di Siviglia“ und Paquette in „Candide“ zu sehen war. Aktuell wirkt sie in „Ein Maskenball – Un ballo in maschera“ und „Die Entführung aus dem Serail“ mit.
