Synopsis

Lured by adventure and the mysterious dangers of the inner city, 10-year-old Ricki wanders through Downtown L.A.’s immigrant hub. His fanciful journey is suddenly interrupted when Ricki becomes a witness to the LAPD’s continual battle with the families of illegal food vendors in the area.
