Synopsis
On the island of Tahiti in French Polynesia, the High Commissioner of the Republic and representative of the French Government, De Roller, is a calculating man with perfect manners. However, his somewhat broad perception of his role leads him to regularly frequent some shady establishments where he mingles with the local population.Since there is a persistent rumour: the sighting of a submarine whose ghostly presence could herald the return of French nuclear testing.
