LOST GENERATION

Synopsis

The northern hemisphere seems virtually oblivious to the AIDS epidemic raging in South Africa, where one out of every five people are HIV positive and three million children have been orphaned by AIDS.
The film focuses on two child-headed households, i.e., families where the parents' death due to AIDS has forced older children to assume responsibility for their own and their younger siblings’ physical and emotional welfare.
